I could turn my head right to left and was able to fully dip my head back - something I hadn't been able to do in 3 years. My lower back pain had become so intense that it kept me from doing the simplest of tasks like putting on shoes & bending to get the milk from the fridge. Now I can finally tie my own shoes and bend in a way I haven't been able to for years. These were huge changes for me. I'd even call them miracles.

After two weeks, my overall pain has gone down, which in turn made my energy go up & my brain fog improve. Last night I sat on the couch with my mom and laughed and enjoyed the night. It seems small, but 2 weeks ago I would have been in constant pain sitting in the same spot or laying in bed by 8p. It's been wonderful to finally see results and I sincerely thank Dr. Darci for her help & dedication.
